If you live in the US do the following:
Log into stardoll, and go to the Monte Carlo Ball, HERE.
If you DON'T live in the US, to do this, you must use a proxy. If you want to know how to get this with proxy, message me at my SUITE, and message me saying you read this, and you want the proxy for the Monte Carlo Gown.
